Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third engineering year is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. After her graduation she began to question whether or not she'd be satisfied in an engineer position. Later, she realized her passion was in civil service and started to focus on it. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil services and have an employment in the public sector. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm, and remained focused solely at her dream of becoming an IAS. The process of achieving UPSC takes more work. She was also preparing for UPSC examinations while doing her engineering studies. Every day, she set aside the time to study for exams. Within just 1 and 1/4 months, she passed her engineering exams, and avoided all social interactions. She believes that focusing is crucial to pass this government exam and become a civil servant. She was extremely focused on passing this test, and she put in a good deal of effort. Every day, she went through the news to stay on top of the latest news.
